Exercise your mind and body during this weekly fitness session. Each class features strength conditioning, cardio & mindfulness to leave you feeling balanced and empowered.

Don’t forget to receive a loyalty stamp at each class. Attend 5 classes to complete your loyalty card & redeem for a Forum Fit swag item!

We kindly ask guests to bring their own mat to be used for the class.

Join us in “pinking-out” for the very last Forum Fit of the season as we honor those impacted by breast cancer. Come dressed up in your pink workout gear, donate to Paint Gwinnett Pink for a chance to win a Forum Swag Basket & enjoy pop-ups by your Forum Fit favorites.
