Sales Lead & Key Holder

We are looking for a Part Time Sale Leader/Key Holder. Our Sales Leaders/Key Holders play an integral role as a member of our management team. Responsibilities would include assisting in maintaining overall store customer service, experience, and operations, overseeing the visual aesthetics of the store and ensure the store is properly set, maintained/stocked, and recovered. . Partnering with the Store Manager, you will also hold the team accountable for upholding our mission statement, standards, and policies. Is this a position you would be interested in? Part Time Sales Lead

This individual is responsible for supporting management and promoting a customer & product-focused sales culture where our values and guiding principles are at the forefront of all store operations, including great customer experience and maximum profitability.


Restaurant Openings

Team Member/Cashier

• Greets and serves customers with a positive attitude, and in a polite, friendly and professional manner
• Operates a Square POS system and handles all sales transactions
• Prepares custom, made-to-order cinnamon rolls and other bakery items for customers
• Operates a commercial oven, and follows specific quality control procedures
• Fulfills third-party delivery orders from services such as UberEats, DoorDash, etc.
• Maintains clean store including mopping, sanitizing food prep area, routine dusting and general disinfecting
• Washes dishes using three compartment sink
• Follows opening and closing checklists
• Provide outstanding customer service
• Handles compliments and complaints in a courteous manner
