Job Description:
We are seeking a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Sales Associate at our vibrant and trendy baby boutique. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for our valued customers. If you have a passion for babies, fashion, and creating lasting memories for new parents, this is the job for you!

Responsibilities:
1. Greet and assist customers in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers’ needs and offering product recommendations and advice.
3. Assist customers with product selection, including clothing, accessories, nursery essentials, and gifts.
4. Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
5. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system.
6. Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns professionally and promptly.
7. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in baby products and fashion to provide knowledgeable assistance to customers.

Qualifications:

Associate/Team Member

Basic Function and Scope of Responsibilities: Make all our guests happy! Guest service is the number one focus. Smile, greet guests, start conversations with guests, listen to them and report any complaints or comments they could not fix.  Performs check-out requirements: Cash management, credit card, and loyalty program handling in accordance with established policies. Gift packaging, and guest assistance to their car as needed.

Production & Packaging: Assist in the production and packaging of chocolate products, basket making, and misc. packaging in accordance with the recipe manual and food safety guidelines.

Merchandizing: Assists in setting up displays, block merchandising products, decorating the store for seasonal changes, and restocking shelves and display cases.

Cleaning: Cleans shelves, counters, equipment, dishes, floors, restrooms, tables & chairs in accordance with established cleaning lists, opening & closing checklists, and as directed by management.

Communicate with the manager to resolve problems, expedite work, and increase profits.

Participates in community events, promotional events, camps, and store activities when needed.
