POSITION:
In this nursing role, you will be treating clients, assisting them to manage their weight and achieve their wellness goals. This position supports the overall clinic operations including client care clearances, client care, program/membership/product education and sales, inventory management, and actively participates in achieving revenue goals.
REQUIREMENTS:
● 3+ years nursing experience in acute care setting
● 1+ years experience in HRT
● Weight Management experience, preferred
● Blood withdrawal (IV Certification)
● Valid Nursing License (NP)
● Valid CPR Certification
● Ability to work weekdays/nights/weekends
● Excellent communication and strong interpersonal skills in person, on the telephone and via email.
● Ability to excel in a fast changing, diverse environment.
● An affinity and passion for helping clients achieve their goals
● Highly organized, medical charting compliant
● Professional, punctual, reliable and neat.

DUTIES
● Administer Good Faith Exams and review blood panel results with clients to provide clearance for Lindora services
● Mix & administer all IV hydration services
● Evaluate client needs and provide nutritional education, menu planning and client coaching using the Lindora client experience model
● Regularly administer vitamin injections
● Routinely take client vitals to include blood pressure, pulse, body composition and measurements
● Document all collected client information clearly and correctly in the company EMR system
● Provide coaching to staff of LVNs
● Complete intravenous blood withdrawals, sample preparation and procedure documentation
● Refer clients to the medical provider as needed for medication assessment
● Confidently recommend and sell Lindora products to clients to assist them on their wellness journey
● Assist in inventory management of medical products and supplies
● Adhere to all company policies, procedures and standards of care
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
