Chef Helio Bernal, a resident of Peachtree Corners, will install a first iteration of Boca Taqueria, an offshoot of his Summerhill Mexican restaurant, Boca Cocina de Barrio. Chef started his career in 2017 with The Real Mexican Vittles, which was a pop-up, carts, and food trucks business that was notably popular pre-covid. Later he opened in Summerhill with a fixed base and a more complete menu. This will be his first counter service restaurant in his own neighborhood. Chef Bernal made it to Atlanta via Chicago from his native Mexico.
